Ocean Grove is located behind the high,
wind-carved dunes which guard an old, stable maritime forest. The profile of the
architecture is inspired by dunes and trees shaped by the coastal environment. Slanting
facades and sloping rooftops closely resemble the windward exposures, and the sharp drop
of the clerestory followed by a gentle sloping of the lower roof compare to the leeward
shapes of dunes and trees. Ocean Grove offers in excess of 2,000 sq. ft. of space. Each
townhouse comes with a private, lit walkway to the beach and spacious decks off the master
bedroom and living room. The beachroom, considered the 4th bedroom, is often used by day
as a sitting or recreation room, but most are decorated with sleeper sofas or daybeds to
allow more space for larger families.
